A new premises may mean you are expanding, so will this mean that you are looking to hire people? It could be that you might want to expand in this area, but then the premises will need to be catered to people other than yourself. Think about bathroom access, a place where drinks can be made and food stored or prepared, for example.
Adding it into the business budgets and overheads
Finally, it may be exciting to think about a business location, but the one thing people can forget is the budget you have and adding the costs into the overheads of your business. This will be a business expense, so while you want the right place, you also need to think about the costs and your profit margins.
